How do I find my size?

Most styles come in S, M and L, and some go up to XL — each product page shows the sizes available. Many products also include a measurement chart in the photos. Between sizes? Write to us before ordering and we'll help you choose.

What is moissanite?

Moissanite is a lab-created gemstone known for its diamond-like brilliance and fire. The metal, plating and stone details of each piece are listed on its product page.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Free worldwide shipping then takes about 7–25 business days depending on your country, and an Express option is available at checkout. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Can I return lingerie?

Yes — you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, lingerie, bodysuits, hosiery and earrings must be unworn, unwashed and returned with all tags and hygiene liners in place. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are always replaced or refunded.

Why might my order arrive in separate packages?

We work with trusted partner workshops that ship directly to you, so an order with several pieces may arrive in more than one package. Each package has its own tracking number.
